Placement Cell

The College has a Placement Cell that facilitates companies or firms desirous of recruiting fresh graduates.

A number of companies from sectors like Banking, FMCG, Insurance  have taken part in recruitment process .

2026-27

  • An Orientation Programme of the Placement Cell was organised at R. J. Tibrewal Commerce College on 08-09-2026 to familiarise students with the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme (PMIS).
    The Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd offered an internship under which a stipend of Rs. 9000 per month would be dispensed to students.
    The internship offers a practical and hands-on experience of working in a reputed Finance company. 24 students remained present in Orientation Programme and Mr.Parth Lohana, Regional HR Manager of Company gave a talk on the prospects of the internship and answered all queries.
    Internships were offered to interested candidates.
  • As follow-up of the Orientation dated 8th September, students visited the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd on 9th September. The visit was primarily to acquaint them to the Day to Day working of the organization. The company offers 40 posts under the PMIS with a stipend of Rs 9000/month. The tenure of the internship is 6 months, and the offer is with immediate effect.

2019-20

The process for placement has begun and the highest package offered has been up to 3 Lakhs/pa.
  • Aries Organics Pvt. Ltd., Student selected One.
  • The Yes Foundation's Media for Social Change Fellowship 2019. The selection was for summer internship at a stipend of Rs. 10000. Student selected Two.
  • Divya Bhaskar & Gillette organized a Job oriented activity Safalta Maari Muthi Maa
  • Befree Business Resourcing LLP. Student selected Eight through a three level screening process that included a test and interview after a pre-placement talk.
  • ICICI Bank Ltd.The process placement has completed its first stage with Five students qualifying for next round with the score of more than 60% in the written test held through NIIT

2018-19
