Cyber Club Activities (2025-2026)
9th July, 2025: The College Cyber Cell conducted a seminar on “Misinformation Awareness Drive” where Prof Rashmi Gupta, Head Dept. of Computer Science chaired a session. Almost 84 students attended the seminar that created awareness on fake information and how to check it.
20 August 2025: A short movie to spread awareness on cyber fraud was screened for around 68 students. The movie explored hacking, phishing and Cyber Ethics.
25 August2025: A session led by Dr. Ram Bharda, focused on safe social media practices and the importance of digital security. More than 70 students participated enthusiastically and also shared their experiences.
11th October 2025: A Colouring Competition Cyber Safety was organised in collaboration with L.J. School where more than 50 school students took part. Over 16 students worked as the volunteers for this event and the aim was to empower the next generation to stay safe, smart and cyber aware.
19th November2025: “Be A Smart Digital Kid”, an awareness program for primary school students was organised and the volunteers explained the importance of Healthy Online Practises such as Privacy setting, Avoiding over sharing, Recognising risky trends and having healthy online friendships.
27th December, 2025: Principal M. C. Shah College organised an intercollegiate quiz competition where 3 students from our college participated and learnt a lot about online safety.
22nd January 2026: The Gujarat Government organised a training program on cyber security at the Gujarat University. Krisha Chotaliya and Usha Prajapati of our college had remained present.
6th February 2026: Two students of our college who had participated in cyber safety program organised by the Gujarat Government shared their views with other students.
February 2026:A reel making competition was organised by CAWACH KENDRA, Education Department Gujarat Government where more than 12 entries were submitted.
