To bridge the gap between academic theory and practical corporate operations, an industrial visit to Tech Weave International Private Limited was successfully organized for the faculty staff and selected rankers of R. J. Tibrewal Commerce College.

On arrival, the RJTCC delegation was warmly welcomed by Shri Shyambhai Tibrewal Ji, senior officers and the next generation leadership of the company.

This was followed by an extensive, guided factory tour led by senior technical officers, which gave the ranker students a practical understanding of modern manufacturing workflows, quality control and industrial technology.

The main highlight of the day was the invaluable interaction with Shri Shyambhai Tibrewal Ji, who shared inspiring entrepreneurial insights and narrated the memorable, wisdom-filled experiences shared with Shri Pirzada Saheb.

Experts gave a live demonstration on how to make poor soil fertile through natural farming. The students were explained the use of 'Go-Krupa Amritam' and the scientific method of making manure from cow dung instead of using it directly to avoid harming the plants. In addition to this, students also witnessed the guidance and assistance provided by the institute to the local farmers.

An interaction with Mr. Sutaria at the end of the visit highly benefited the students. He explained the importance of traditional diet and nutrition and discussed the benefits of amla, milk and buttermilk in daily life. As a token of gratitude, the college presented him with a gift, which he accepted very humbly. The tour concluded after a group meal.
