Job Qualification:

1.  Fresher or 1 year Experience in B2B industry as purchase Executive.

2.  English proficiency is must.

3.  Commercial insights are most important – Commerce graduate or BBA or anybody having degree in operation or Supply chain.

4.  Good Negotiation skills

Preference:

1.  B2B industry experience

Job Description:

1.  Work on allocated Customers / Region

2.  Database management

a.  Creating and Updating all data in ERP

b.  Monthly reports

3.  Managing End to End order Cycle from Vendor to Customer shipment

a.  Co-ordination with Sales and Internal team to fulfil order requirement

b.  Loading of order on Supplier

c.  Getting parts estimated date for delivery

d.  Payment to Vendor

e.  Co-ordination with Freight Forwarder

f.   Co-ordination with Internal Team, Sales & warehouse team for Shipment

4.  Vendor Relationship management

a.  Negotiations

b.  Credit terms

c.  Managing Pull-in Push outs of delivery dates

5.  Issue resolving at any stage as and when comes.

6.  On time Service for each Customer.

7.  Maintaining Just – in – time inventory.

Salary : 20K CTC

For Customer Support Profile below is the requirement

Job Qualification

1.  Minimum Graduate in B.Com | BBA | Diploma Holder |

2.  Should be able to understand English and can communicate in English

3.  Commercial insights to understand Order is required.

Job Description:

1.  Creation & updating of Sales Order

2.  Creation & updating of Purchase Order

3.  Creation & updating of Masters (Item Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master)

4.  Solving any queries in ERP from all the departments.

Salary : 15K CTC
